I would like to thank Heimstaden and specially Jill Timmer and Bjorn for the great service they provided to us when moving to a new appartment. I can highly recommend Heimstaden!!!!

According to Indeed, as of October 16 last 75 people took the trouble to submit their CV and motivation for the vacancy front office employee at Heimstaden Heerlen! This vacancy went offline on 30 October. You have definitely found the right person for this position. Beautiful! What bothers me is that you did not in any way inform the other applicants why they were not chosen. That is totally inconsistent with your core values ​​that you say you are so proud of. Dealing with people is one of them. Well, cut that one. Incidentally, there are several agencies / companies that, just like you, deal unprofessional with applicants. To keep it short; worthless!

Because of 'problems' with our kitchen we contacted Heimstaden. All this was quickly dealt with by them, after which concrete agreements regarding the follow-up process were made immediately. In particular, I would like to thank Mr Toine Savelkoul, our Heimstaden site manager, and compliment the way he handled our issue: punctual, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and reliable.

Top service, very human, you are not a number. Thanks to Sanne van Pol and her team for doing everything they can to make my apartment in the City Flat in Heerlen look great. Many thanks to Toine Savelkoul who takes care of all the jobs and always finds a solution !! It's also nice that Heimstaden is renewing the corridors and really investing in a beautiful living environment.
