Bart Consten and his team are an example in the real estate world. He knows the local market, is involved and very pleasant to deal with. For us, both houses were sold in the foreseeable future, with good feedback about the viewings. Good guidance and communication. Bart is involved, listens carefully to your wishes as a customer and is a man of his word. In short: highly recommended!

We have experienced the sale of the house at Consten as pleasant and problem-free. The contractual part could be completely handled from our Camper in Spain via WiFi. We only had to return to Heerlen for the passing of the deed and the transfer of the house
