My girlfriend has invited 3 different estate agents for an interview about the sale of our house. After all three interviews, we opted for a different broker. There was no click. We were allowed to indicate the asking price ourselves. We thought this was a bit strange. After properly indicating that we would not work with them, we received a call. Their literal text was, what is other broker's rate. We're going to sit under that. Why honest advice and not even ask why the choice fell on another broker. This had nothing to do with tariff but with confidence in the broker's expertise.

This is really a BAGGER broker. As a seller, when I found out that the agent was dealing with a buyer like that, I was the first person to be at his door. What a frustrated boy who doesn't know how to act professionally. Very passionate and short fuse. While we only wanted to buy a home and had bid higher than the asking price. Finally through his big mouth on the line said that I chose another. The seller will be happy if he found out ...
