Be aware of this real estate agents. An apartment by Peter van Bruggen Makelaardij was promised , I canceled all other apartments which were interesting too because they told me I'm candidate 1 of one of their apartments and I have to make the decision and last minute they canceled before I could sign a contract. I also offered them a higher deposit for the flat but they never responded to my last eMails. I'm happy I found another very nice apartment now, a very friendly landlord and I will never get in touch with those people again.

Real-Estate agents from HELL. They purposefully delay maintenance for months (over 7 in my case) until you are so angry that you move out or have it fixed at your own cost. Bathroom is leaking so hard the walls of the apartment are falling apart. The roof and walls leak, the window sills are rotten through. Do not trust these people. Up till signing they are wonderful, but after that they do NOTHING.

Very bad experience. The apartment was full of mold, mice and an unbearable noise from the heating system.Unhealthy and not in condition for renting.I wanted to leave it the same night that I arrived but they did not respond to any of my calls. I never came to live in that apartment and they never returned the deposit. They constantly lie and stopped picking up my calls.State agents with no morals that abuse newly arrived students.
