We have had a very good experience with System Brokerage and bought our dream home thanks to Willem. Everything went as discussed and if you have Willem as a Broker then you don't have to worry about anything! If Willem said to us do not worry it will all be fine then it was. A very strong, powerful, professional broker and also keeps you calm when you suddenly think oh no, this will not work out! I advise you not to buy a house from this broker. Found a house through Funda that is being sold by this broker. They never answer the phone. Misuse your data (email and telephone number) to constantly send advertising. They leave a house for sale for a long time, more than 1.5 months. Then they collect all interested parties to view the house in 1 weekend. You have barely 5 minutes and 3 others are waiting outside because it is supposedly running out. Tour is done by the seller herself, but she does not answer technical questions, probably ordered by her broker The house is then auctioned via the broker's website and you can place a bid once within 24 hours. The broker will let you know (by telephone, of course, because you never see them) that you have a better chance if you do not include a reservation (financing offer or structural inspection). For convenience, he also tells us that several private bids have already been received and that 14,000 euros have already been bid above the asking price. You can of course never check whether that is true Thanked them kindly. From now on I will ignore houses that are sold by this broker. Be warned. These are the rogue brokers / sellers who like to take advantage of the housing market situation and have no appreciation for you as a buyer.

System Brokerage makes it happen. Very nice website of the house, the right strategy, resulting in a high turnout and ultimately a good price for the house, which was 10% above the average estimated value of 3 real estate agents. The broker or assistant responded quickly, was easily accessible and solved problems adequately.

Not professional. Are NOT reachable. Have tried to call them several times in the last few weeks but they are impossible to reach. Do not sell your house through System Brokerage because apparently they are in no hurry with the sales process. Ajuuu!
