Very nice workshop by Evi where the history of flans is explained and you then get started. You make two small pies and you can already taste a pie from Evi baked during the proofing of the dough. Nice atmosphere also within the group, and you sit in a beautiful garden. Afterwards you take home two homemade pies and the recipe to try it yourself at home.

We followed a baking workshop here. Very educational and fun. Really recommended. The workshop was given by the owner. A very friendly nice lady.
