For about a year I have been sporting at 123Fit in Valkenburg and actually nothing but praise. Great companions, good equipment and always fun. The customer-friendliness of Johan and his team is of the kind that you hardly find anymore. You can also practice unaccompanied sports since 1 January, your pass is your entry. So you also have maximum freedom. Keeping up with sports has never been so easy for me.

I like to work out at 123 fit. It is always fun, enthusiastic sports coaches, coffee is always ready and the best materials are used. Since a few weeks I have followed the waste program with great success, this is recommended for anyone who wants to lose a few kilos (approx. 1.5 kg per week!) Or if you want to change your eating habits. A must for young but certainly also old (ren) !!!
