Today, January 30, 2021 for the first time at this bakery. Bought cream rolls, winter cakes and filled cakes. In a word, great. The service was also neat. Keep in mind that the street where this bakery is located is very narrow and there is actually almost no parking space. But close to enough space. I will come here again for sure.

The best artisan bakery in the north. Fortunately, I live in Bierum myself, so it's always a party for me when it comes to bread, cake and pastries! By the way, tom puffs are fantastic! Once you've eaten this bread, you don't want that super factory bread anymore. Admittedly, you pay more for it than with the super, but I think it's worth it in my opinion. Here I know what they put in the bread. You don't know that at the supermarket, but given the absurdly low prices, you can't bake real bread for that money. Most will be inexpensive filler. I regularly buy a fluttering cake, a local delicacy, as a gift for others, as a token of appreciation. You can also order by phone and they will send it to you. For the tourist, you can also get coffee and tea.
