The process of registration went really quick and nice, I came with an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. I was also late for 15 minutes, but the kind people still let me in and helped a lot, all my questions were answered and explained well.

Great service, the person that was dealing with me was very warm and welcoming. I think I was at the 17th booth.

People that work here are ok, but they should change their telephone assistant, because she is not very good at english and doesn’t even understand what “dot” means. Also somehow appointment that is officially dedicated for 2 people is valid and equal only for 1 person... So if you have a significant other you should reserve appointments separately.

Very efficient and quick process for registering with the municipality. Far more organised than my Council in the UK.

Waiting time is around 10 minutes when you have an appointment and 30 minutes without.
