A few months ago I switched to Kai and Tibo. I am very happy that I ended up with them. I visited my previous dentist with some abdominal pain .... At Kai & Tibo I was helped very kindly right from the start. In addition, there is clear communication about, for example, prices, duration of the appointment, etc. And now that they have moved to the new building, it is almost a party to go to the dentist. It is a beautiful practice, many nice elements, cool spells on the wall, beautiful use of color. This practice should also look very friendly to children. Keep it up!

Generally friendly dentists, who basically want to do a good job. But ... also have a good eye on how to make money from people; if you call with the announcement that you want to make an appointment for a hole .. then they let you come first so that they can 'take a look' and make an estimate of how much time they spend on it ... and then make another appointment to plan to actually do something about the hole. Well I was already aware of this (due to a similar previous experience), so at the next hole I immediately indicated when calling to make an appointment for filling the hole. Once in the chair it was indicated that there really was no time to be able to make it and a temporary filling was put in: (Now three weeks later the filling has already broken out and I have to go again. So I again called to make an appointment ... I can only go in a week! :( A week long with a large, irritating hole in my mouth! Not fine! (honesty ... I could also have come in between for a rush bar .. but then they only had time again for a temporary filling, and a week later to replace the filling for a good one. ”So then you are, if you go everywhere ... 3/4 appointments further for you hole is finally made ..... A little more attention for the client is desirable.

I am very happy with Kai Essenburg as a dentist. Relaxed atmosphere, professional, enthusiastic, very friendly and patient, makes you confident within a few minutes. Everything in good consultation, well explained and step by step. Very beautiful crowns placed on broken molars, feel like your own molars. I'm almost not afraid anymore if treatment is needed .. :) Nice modern practice!
