Good prices but poor service

Big store, good promotions, friendly staff. Recommended it!

The staff at hand is very unprofessional and rude to customers.Does not admit making the mistake of selling empty boxes. Instead customer service has to need to call the customer uncivilized and not admit they own fault.

Came to buy 2 electric blankets, but one was not in stock. That was it. Salesboy did not mention about ordering from other location or something else. No problems. Plenty of other possibilities. At home order by internet. They could not deliver for unknown reason. And to my supprise i also could not pick it up at location. Other words we have it, but can not sell it to you. Lucky we have bol.com. a few euros more but order without problems.

Very unprofessional people I bought laptop last year battery had problem so i give it to them to fix it and i told them don't do any format/Reset . But the did it anyway. i lost all my study information from last year and the don't admit that it's wasbthere mistake even when it's on paper (don't do reset before calling me ) Sooo Unprofessional
