Friendly store. Good price.

Customer service is good only when you want to buy something, not when you have a complaint. I wanted to buy something in a store specifically because of that extra customer service, should something happen. I was just as good at ordering online. My story about the device not working properly was called weird and I felt I must feel guilty because apparently device must be in the container and they couldn't sell it. Really nasty feeling.

Neatly answered by phone and my product was delivered within an hour! And being able to pin on delivery, ideal. The shipping costs that we should have paid were also not charged, despite the fact that our order amount was just under 25 euros. What does a man want more?
