Coolblue winkel Groningen

Went to this shop during the pandemic, so some of my findings might not apply to others. Overall, it's a very nice store and the wait outside was short. Something that I want to stress is that the personnel is VERY kind and helpful and I could notice that they definitely had experience and expertise in the things they were talking about.

Thank you very much to the staff at Coolblue. I had a problem with an online order and Dave was really helpful. My whole situation was sorted and received some excellent advice. For other readers - on 21/11/20 their coronavirus measures are pretty good (wear a mask, wait outside, staff member comes out and asks what you need help with and directs you to an expert). Thank you very much again! :-)

Bought a monitor from them, had dead pixels. Used my 30 day return policy to swap it out no problem, despite the monitor being within the limit of dead pixels it was allowed to have. Edit: The monitor crapped itself (not the only one with this model who had it die on them, also no longer able to buy it on Coolblue) a month or three ago and LG claimed it was my fault, I had a lot of back and forths between coolblue and LG before in the end Coolblue destroyed the monitor without my purrmision. Ended up getting my money back after a great deal of effort from my dad (bless him) but not before they tried to give me store credit. Alles voor een glimlach, though sadly not all the time it seems. Three stars down from five, was debating on two but LG is the biggest culprit here. Though something tells me Coolblue knew very well these models were prone to failure hence why I imagine they no longer sell it, if so it's a shame such a big corporation wasn't willing to just pay me back despite what LG says (they only paid me back as mentioned above once they destroyed the monitor by accident and after a lot of effort from my dad) Though that's just speculation

The staff was friendly and helpful enough to give them 6 stars. Helped me find the best possible solution to my problem, and dealt with a line of customers quicker then I could pull out my phone

Great advice here. I needed a new laptop and had some pretty specific wishes for the software I use. Staff was very knowledgeable.
