What a drama. Because of the lockdown that nobody can do anything about, expect a bit more humanity. Made a purchase on December 14 as a Christmas present. A camera worth 1500.-. First kindly helped by the seller with settings etc. At home, we found out after unpacking during Christmas that the complete set was not in the box it should be in. I only ordered a body with lens adapter. The box was one of a body with lens. The seller probably took the device out of the display case and sold not a new one, but a demo device. The device does not meet expectations. Focusing with an adapter does not work flawlessly. So I called on Monday after Christmas how to proceed because this is the last day that you can still exchange. Do you have to send the device for assessment and I was immediately told that you will not get the entire purchase amount back, but a little less because it has been removed from the packaging and tested briefly. I did not see this sending and it will therefore be a very expensive history and with the knowledge that you will not get the entire purchase amount back, it will be a very expensive package. It is also not possible to exchange with something at payment (more expensive model) at the collection desk in Cappelle a / d ijsel. I had seen another camera that the lenses do fit on. There you are with your expensive purchase! And then you have to rely on the judgment of the returns department how much you will get in return. First expensive costs for registered and insured shipping and then wait and see what you get back. Never again a purchase from Kamera Express for me. Then to think that a customer who even wants to spend even more on something that fits and is good, is let down like that!
