Mister is a cheater, says he has repaired something, turns out to be leaking, paintwork has been painted, consequence of leakage, mister again patching up the gutter with the painter's scaffold, but costs of 50 euros for settled, 1 day of scaffolding, he was not going to compensate the damage to the paintwork ! My opinion: careless contractor, not delivering your own work properly, consequential damage to the beautiful paintwork, due to leakage. Was finished so to speak, painter reports leakage damage to gutter and paintwork, he fixes gutter and painter can repair for a day for free. Fine anyway!
