Begin van dit jaar hebben wij een duikcamera besteld als verjaardagscadeau voor onze moeder. Door leveringsproblemen kon deze camera niet op tijd geleverd worden en is ons geld direct teruggestort. Wij hebben met elkaar besloten dat wij toch op deze levering gingen wachten. In de tussentijd zijn wij netjes op de hoogte gehouden. Toen de levering bijna binnen was, heeft Octopodes ons benaderd en gevraagd of wij nog steeds geïnteresseerd waren. Nadat wij aangaven dat wij nog steeds de camera wilde kopen, boden zij aan om het als cadeautje in te pakken. Daarnaast hebben wij een kleinigheidje cadeau gekregen omdat wij lang moesten wachten. Vervolgens kregen wij wederom bericht, als winkel hadden zij korting gekregen en die korting wilde ze ook bij ons verrekenen. Ik heb nog nooit eerder meegemaakt dat een winkel zo persoonlijk en pro actief naar klanten toe was. Dit zorgt er zeer zeker voor dat wij terug gaan komen. Meer dan tevreden met deze persoonlijke service.

Wetsuit ordered. This had to come from England. The communication, transparency and speed during the ordering process were great!

Super service, friendly and flexible. We were interested in a Fourth Element wetsuit and have contacted Octopodes to come over to try on. Fit was quite difficult with any other brand, but Octopodes thought along through Whatsapp, recommended a different (cheaper) type than we had in mind and immediately ordered 2 sizes from the supplier, and these were ready to fit 2 days later. to become! We have agreed a time to come and after arrival and just fit the wetsuit purchased. After trying so many other brands without success, we were positively surprised that the flexible Xenos fits seamlessly, and that despite sizes that deviate from the norm (short & curvy). I think it's the only shop in the Netherlands that sells Fourth Element wetsuits, since other dealers don't seem to wear the wetsuits.

I obtained my open water license and because I want to go diving more often I was looking for my own diving equipment. I ended up at Octopodes via the Blue Sea Diving School. At Octopodes I have been well-informed about the advantages and disadvantages of different materials and brands. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. All the questions I had about the materials were answered seriously and with a lot of patience. Together with me we looked at what suits me best. During my open water course at the Blue Starfish, I was able to try out different materials in order to experience what suits me. This way I was able to purchase the diving equipment that I am extremely happy with.
