Comfortable rent of car. Great support of staff (good English knowledge), refund of money from deposit within 48h. Affordable for students and wonderful for moving out within short distances.

Totally disappointed. When I booked the car I didn't select any insurance option but in the email they said that I had selected it. Then when I went there they agreed that I didn't select the insurance option but their policy was to deposit 150 euros for 2 days. When I received the car there was a scratch on the rear bumper which I thought they should have register the damage. When I return the car they said that I did the scratch. I have my driving license since 2001 and the car that I rent has parking camera. I really thought that dutch are well organized and they are not looking how to make profit from visitors to their country. Unfortunately I was wrong.

Worse service I have ever had renting a car, they made us pay 150 extra euro for a small scratch at the front part of the car that we couldn't even notice. We explain them that the car spend most of the time inside a private parking, they said that someone else could have made this scratch with another car, so they made us pay for the mistake that someone else committed or maybe it was even before we took the car. If you are going to rent a car here please check the car first, otherwise they can make the same to you.

Easy and fast contact via the website chat and mail. Lots of additional information given about canceling the rental and returning, etc. Friendly staff on the phone and with the company itself. At the start, you have to call and e-mail several times about an overpriced price in the invoice compared to the automatic calculated price function on the site. Eventually got the rent for the price that was stated on the site. The car drove well and the music has good bass. Also got a tomtom to borrow, very thoughtful!
