1 star is actually far too much. This man doesn't actually earn a star at all. Do not go into business with this man. he cannot be understood. Make a price agreement in advance that he is not at all correct. He takes bad material with him and then goes to get new material, which he therefore passes on to us. Our own mistake is not our problem, is it? Neatly sent an email about the bill (with decency) you will receive a response with a curse rant. Reigned neatly here. Then he suddenly came to the door spontaneously because we brought in legal aid. We then thought we had made clear agreements. Until the credit note came and the weather was wrong. paid in the end. People never let this man in when you cheat on you. If we had read these reviews before we would never have bought them !!!

This man is a con man! Mister is smearing your stuff that will only break so he can come back and fix it to make money! Hard to understand, curses and throws material. In short, just a bad thing with no customer service at all. Definitely do not work with this man as many other reactions say, do not give this company a cent!

Make sure you make clear price agreements with this man in advance on paper, otherwise you will get a sky-high bill. He charges extreme call-out costs, but then also counts the time from his departure to your own front door. This is double. During my first conversation, he passed on an amount of what the repair would cost approximately. Behind this man presents a bill that is twice as expensive. The only answer he had was: Well I was shocked myself. Qualitatively he did what you would expect, but his communication is useless and his rates are twice as expensive as average. So be careful. before you start working with this man.

This man is really bad. He does NOT deserve a star! Don't bring him home! He does nothing, does not listen, knows everything better, replaces anything that you have not asked for and asks for extremely high rates. And is also unintelligible ...

Recently our central heating boiler failed, Mr Glasius came, pressed the reset button and it was done. Account: € 62.50 + € 14.47 travel costs + 21% VAT. Total € 93.13 (For at most 20 minutes of “work”!) For comparison: previously Mr. M.K. from Elsloo, the complete maintenance of our central heating boiler, placed a new gasket, with accompanying certificate for the total price of € 85. (and no advance costs) In proportion, the Glasius invoice (€ 93.13) is excessively high. Glasius finds this very normal, but we wonder what Glasius charges for an hour of effective work? For all who find this normal, there is only one address: Installation Techniques Glasius! But with us he doesn't come in anymore. MMR Yzermans Elsloo
