Cornelissen called in to connect the underfloor heating to the district heating. After some time it turned out that this had not been carried out properly, resulting in enormous noise nuisance in the crawl space due to overpressure. Both Vattenfal and the supplier of the underfloor heating confirmed that everything was incorrectly connected to the distributor. On the day that the mechanic was with us to connect something, he also did not notice / mention that the coupling behind the return was in the same direction as the coupling behind the supply. Had telephone contact with one of the ladies. No understanding, but the announcement that we had to wait until after the holidays (2 weeks) and that costs would be involved. Unfortunately we were unable to speak to the engineer, because it was busy. He did, however, inform the operator that this distributor could not be connected differently ..... afterwards and therefore (and therefore also after payment of the full invoice). At a later moment contacted one of the gentlemen from the office. In the end we decided to have it solved by the underfloor heating specialist, because we no longer had confidence that things would turn out right at Cornelissen due to the course of events at Cornelissen. Problem is now solved, no more noise nuisance. 0 response to a callback request and then sent email in which we made a request for compensation. We regret hiring this company!
This concerned the installation of an Elga Heat Pump in March 2020, which did not function properly until 10 months later, in January 2021. I can write a book about what has gone well and what has not gone well in the meantime and what is still not good.
But let me suffice with the statement that it was not up to our own engineers.
Neat! This company has helped us well, where another company has failed. Good and direct contact. Quickly and neatly helped by 2 neat technicians. Problem also solved well. Top.
Our boiler had broken down and Cornelissen Installatietechniek was able to act quickly. Within a few days we were provided with a top brand boiler. The deal was easily closed and they spoke to us well for any questions. Just great!
Had contact with the company regarding small gas leak in the boiler. Mechanic visited, but did not have everything with him. Had to come back. Visited the second time. This time had everything with him and was made. In a few days I will receive the invoice with 2 call-out charges, 2 times the hourly rate and of course costs for gas block. Regardless of the fact that gas block price has not been contacted while this was clearly requested, I have no problems with this. Would of course be wise to contact us first. But why were 2 x call-out costs and 2 x hourly rate charged? I have been in contact with the company about this. The company indicates that it is not possible to always have everything with you. I understand that, but why are you pushing your problem towards the customer? Why do I have to pay 2 x call-out costs? Do you have to come back another time? No point! But that's not my choice. If it is my request to come back another time it would be a different story. But you decide to come back another time because you don't have everything in stock and not the customer. So also include the costs on your account.
The company cannot stand criticism either. Immediately there is an offensive reaction. Would advise to let the customer finish the conversation first and indicate that the criticism is included. And of course do something with it. I see there are many negative responses related to this. It's not about money, I paid the total amount that was on my invoice. It concerns a long-term business relationship that, in any case, I no longer see fit with this company.
