You don't have much to do with a broker in a lifetime. And if you do, you hope for good cooperation. We cannot say that of this broker, he has never heard of openness and transparency. Bringing you in to look at a house when he already decided it would be someone else. And then I just have to discuss everything with the owner because he decides, while he had been given the power of attorney by the owner to decide for himself. I get sick of that kind of people.

Sadly though 4x contacted regarding interest in a property. There is no reaction. Not really friendly and not very sales driven
