I would thoroughly recommend working with Pooters in Maastricht. The rental of our house was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally by Bo, who found suitable tenants in a short space of time. Our house has now been rented consistently since we employed Pooters several years ago, and all issues relating to maintenance, cleaning and tenant relations have been handled quickly and effectively. Bo and Lars communicate regularly and clearly (in English and Dutch!) about matters relating to the property when required. Very happy with their service.

In the search for investment properties, I engaged Pooters Makelaardij as an advisory purchase broker and support was offered in the selection of the type of property, location, yield forecast, permits, purchase process to purchase contract. This is especially important in a tight market with little supply and many interested buyers. In addition to great knowledge, ambitious attitude and empathy, they are simply pleasant to deal with.
