Paul Horsten has made an appraisal report of my future home. In a short time he has done a lot of skillful work. A neat and clear report prepared with text and photos! I highly recommend this appraiser, his appointments, responds directly to telephone and / or e-mail. Pleasant experience!

On 3 May 2017 I responded to an object on the website of Paul Horsten Real Estate. To be eligible for a viewing, I have registered using the registration form on the website. After I had provided more personal details by e-mail at the request of Mr. Horsten, I waited patiently for a response. This was to my great regret. In my eyes this is not very customer friendly. I provide all requested personal details, but then I hear nothing more. Even if it was just a message in which I was informed that I do not meet the requirements or do not qualify for a viewing. I just don't think this is going well. I therefore canceled my registration today and asked for confirmation. I received this within half an hour from Mr. Horsten, then again.
