For a number of years now, rent a house from them in Capelle aan den IJssel. Nothing to complain about so far. If there is something about the house, someone will come. If there are any problems, they listen to the customer. Great company therefore 👌

No comments on defects and complaints. Also no response to registered letter.

It takes days for them to seriously respond to complaints. I am the first resident (1988) all they do is outside painting. I pay almost 1000 euros in rent, I need a different kitchen, room door and washbasin. Fortunately that of the supervisor. Still haven't heard of it now !.- They first have to see what it will cost. Since I have little or no help, it is difficult. Call again next week.
