I ordered a BTO MacBook Pro 2 months ago that I had to pay in advance. After several times asking where my order was, I was informed that the MacBook had been canceled (by whom then ...?). What couldn't be done with BTO products, but still ...
Amac has forgotten to refund my money to this day ... (or is it on an employee's account ...). After many phone calls to the general number with at least 40 minutes waiting time, still no money back. Is AMAC about to go bankrupt? I do not understand. When I get angry on the phone they even throw the phone at it. The store is also inaccessible. #I want to return my money #unreliable
Have to wait weeks for my macbook!
Next time I will order from the MM!

I was well helped, my airpods had been broken for 3 months and when I went here they were fixed within 5 minutes!
15 years of Amac with discounts ..... unfortunately not applicable to the apple ipad pro 2020 256 gb. Was a hottie apparently. Weak
