I had already read a lot, positive, about Jan. today I saw him at work with two of my guitars. I see a skilled man who works very precisely, gives me tips and tricks that I should pay attention to if I want to tinker with a guitar myself. This perfectionist only stops when he is satisfied. The guitars were fine-tuned afterwards. Besides the interesting time it was also very nice with Jan. Recommended! I am very curious about his two newly built models. Who knows, I might get behind the drawing board with Jan for a model that meets my specs and shape .... see you soon Jan!

I got to know Jan as a very pleasant expert, who talks very passionately about his profession and thinks along with the wishes and needs of the guitarist. He has tuned my guitars perfectly at a perfect price-quality ratio and takes the time for you (both by telephone and physically with regard to the maintenance of the guitars). You can also contact Jan for any questions or to exchange tips and tricks. I would definitely recommend Van Hoof Guitars for people looking to adjust and maintain their guitars in a professional manner!

I have known Jan for a few years and experience him as a special person. You will find his personality when it comes to the love for guitars. His drive (passion) is special when you have the guitars checked, repaired, etc. He does this in a professional manner and delivering quality is important to him. In addition to all activities, he builds guitars himself and here too you can see his love for the instruments. Simply Top Quality! I can recommend Jan because he is a knowledgeable and reliable guitar expert when it comes to maintenance and repairs.

Jan is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person and takes the time to bring your guitar in top condition. With a good feeling and passion for the technical side, he tuned my 1990 Ibanez RG560 super again, and now he plays super fine again. The 5-position switch for the 3 elements now works as usual again. I can advise everyone to have your guitars maintained or repaired by Jan!
