They sent a defective subwoofer up to 3x and then leave me without a product and with the costs for the returns.
Yes, with a normal right of withdrawal these costs are for the consumer, but with a defective product the costs are always for the webshop.
Unfortunately, only a blunt, childish discussion of the owner himself could be involved.
We tested all three subwoofers in 2 different cars. They were equipped with brand new, high-quality cabling and an amplifier that they supplied themselves. An identical (previously ordered) subwoofer works perfectly in both cars. Only these 3 new subwoofers are not. But according to Venderparts those subwoofers never break and the problem lies with me.
Fairytales apparently still exist. In any case, I will never buy anything again and warn others too. They don't listen to the customer, they don't know an apology and they leave you without your ordered item with costs.
* I now see, a few weeks later, that they have removed all ready-made subwoofers of that type from the range. Typical for subwoofers that they believe sold very well and never gave any problems. For me a confirmation of my experience. *
We ordered rear lights from a bicycle carrier and it turned out that part of it was missing. This was not available separately and a complete new set of rear lights was sent within a few days. Super service.
Super company. Just called that the jbl speaker I ordered is not available.
He neatly offered an alternative only that I had turned down because it is not my brand.
Then the money was neatly refunded.
Top company will definitely order something here soon.
Helped quickly and friendly with picking up a bicycle carrier from thule. Great thing.
I recently bought an amplifier from VenderParts. I first emailed for information one evening and to my surprise I received a direct answer, which of course is great. So I keep asking and yes, I immediately ordered it and received it after two days. Unfortunately, the brand name did not include the wiring. I contacted VenderParts and received my complete cable set by post the next day. What a service and not just a company, just over ten and next time I order again from VenderParts highly recommended.
