Great experience, we ordered and the next day our tablet holder was delivered👍

Ordered a Withings Thermo here on April 1. Website indicated that it was in stock but this turned out to be an error afterwards. Of course it can happen, the delivery time would be 2-3 weeks. Not received anything on May 1, so we contacted again. Expected delivery time was now May 6. A week later still nothing received so again emailed. The answer now was that there was not enough stock for everyone and care was given priority. Given the whole situation it is understandable, but 6 weeks later I still have not received anything and all the while the delivery time on the website is just 2-3 weeks. It is a great pity that the company does not communicate about the delays and that as a customer you have to go behind everything yourself. In addition, I am still waiting for a new estimated delivery time. Again, given the situation it is understandable but communication would be appreciated. EDIT: After almost 10 weeks nothing received and no response to the question of the expected delivery time, I canceled the order. Delivery time on the website is still 2-3 weeks. I wonder how long it will take before I get my money back. A week later my money back and they do not respond anymore, so go open a Paypal claim. What a crooks. My review therefore goes back from 2 stars to 1 star. Be warned people if you order something here that is in order. There is no communication about the delivery time, even if this takes at least 3x as long as indicated.
