A committed, professional and reliable partner. In a troubled market where the necessary 'fast guys' are active, we have enjoyed working with Sander Spaan from Thoma van Dijk Siebelink Makelaars. With attention to our wishes and ideas, the sale of our house is pleasant and expertly guided by both Sander and Debby van Veen in the office. The personal involvement is also evident from the photo album which we received as a reminder after transfer. It fitted exactly in our hand luggage for the same-day flight to our new destination abroad!

Our experience with Van Dijk real estate agents has been very pleasant, we sold our house wonderfully quickly. Van Dijk real estate agents helped us very well. After the first contact and the viewing, the Van Dijk broker kept the contacts warm. We are well aware of the advantages and disadvantages of our home and received tips to make it more attractive for a buyer. Also managed to negotiate an excellent price and achieved more than we expected, so the costs are in any case recovered for us. Our experience with Van Dijk real estate agents is that they are very energetic and involved, so we have bought a different home through them and sold ours, after all you don't want to be stuck with 2 homes for long! I may say you will sleep peacefully. In short, a must!

Very knowledgeable and to the point, continuous attention throughout the entire process and always friendly and attentive. This concerns John van Dijk and certainly also the people at his office. The entire team has responded well. John writes excellent text and the photographer delivers beautiful, clear photos. The final buyer of our house was very demanding and it took John an unusually long time, but he was always available and available. He communicated openly and pleasantly, never losing sight of our interests as a seller.
