Dormer window installed They installed the dormer but did not reinforce the roof properly and did not knock the lead, they have been a subcontractor and therefore are not liable for their outrageous business mistake. Would never buy here better pay something more with better service.

We are happy with the dormer, however the dormer was not moved correctly, this was immediately resolved. During the renovation, a few weeks after the dormer was placed, it turned out that the support beam had not been sufficiently reinforced. I don't find the company professional in solving their own damage caused. We had to pay for the costs to strengthen the dormer. Their own mechanic agreed with us, but the owner maintained that the problem was not caused by them. Not professional!
