Request for quotation last July. Been here at home, looked at everything and gave advice. Quotation would come within a week, after that he was on vacation. Sent an email two days later with additional questions. No response and no quotation. After 3 weeks of vacation the email was resent; no reaction. Then called. Totally surprised, because he had already sent it twice. It was going to email me again that afternoon and would then call me for confirmation. No email and no phone call. Which is such a shame, and therefore still 2 stars, our choice had actually already been made. He was a very kind man and seemed very capable. We had a good feeling about it. We say missed opportunity.
