Earplugs bought here, asked for wireless earplugs, with a good and heavy bass ... We arrived at the Pioneer e8 from 150eu to 100eu. Once home, the sound is very faint. Went to the store with the story that this did not match my wish list .. With a cold and emotionless face I was told; sorry, earplugs cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Hopefully you will find a nice spot for them. I totally understand that you can't exchange earplugs. But you advised me in the store to something I clearly asked for (good heavy bass). 0.0 customer friendliness and service ...
