Great service at Van Sommeren. 1.5 yr old, our old Samsung washing machine that we bought elsewhere, died after 5 yr, because a plastic suspension had broken down. We bought a new Bosch through Van Sommeren, which was installed the same day. We could certainly have bought that machine for less via Coolblue or another major online provider, but we chose Van Sommeren because we expected better service from a local store. It turned out today that we did well; the machine still refused to drain. Within an hour Twan van Sommeren was on the doorstep to see what was wrong: a handful of hair clips and screws turned out to be blocking things. This was rectified in a professional manner. The machine runs as usual!
