Great shop, you want a new television, or a fridge or a washing machine go to this shop, very helpfull all and polite🤗
One of the best places to find the latest hardware in terms of Audio, Visuals, Design and Processing Power, electronics. I was looking for a good pair of headsets and I got the best Sony headphones. I am happy they had it as the brand never dissapoints!
I haven't checked, but if they also have a recycling program with the big brands and partners set up, it would be amazing.

Great shop, plenty of products and knowledgeable staff. Normally always satisfied but the last visit the service was on the lesser side. Product brought back and only after 50 minutes discussing rules and what is on the website did I get a refund instead of a 'credit voucher'. Expert Oss said during my visit: "When you buy in the store you will not get your money back, but you will get a voucher, if you buy via the internet you will get it back". Incidentally, I will not let it sit here.
Made an order a week ago, the website said it would be in stock.
On the 26th I was called by an employee that a part of my order was already in, and that the television would also come in this week.
It took 2 days and hadn't heard anything yet, so I started calling myself. And she had already sent an email. They only answered to the telephone contact.
Then I hear via a silly e-mail that the television will only be in a week.
I tried to contact them by phone but they were not recorded!
Even on the last email I still have no answer! And 2 working days have already passed .....
Feel very ignored as a consumer.
And this is not really customer friendly services.
I placed my order on May 22.
