Legal settlement is fine. Communication with the office is poor. There is no clear communication about the costs (including percentage office storage), for every sent and received mail is billed for ten minutes by default. No cost indication at the start of the process. If this had been known in advance, I would not have worked with TEN Advocaten. Communication about the course of the process takes place via various people, which causes confusion (lawyer / mediator or one of the many secretaries). Hours are made and invoiced for which no prior agreements have been made with the clients. Declarations and specifications are unclear. People are difficult to reach by phone, so email it mandatory. Privacy-sensitive information is sent to the wrong email addresses without checking, even though the process had already been running for some time and the correct data was therefore known. If necessary, I will NOT switch the office back on. I will also NOT be recommending the office to third parties.

After completing the contact form, we were contacted about a reasonably generic question. The fact that the company is contacting and willing to provide such explanations is very neat.

Bad communication, not available and will not call back. Promise a lot but do not deliver and do not finish a case.
