Recently requested a viewing through this broker. We received an immediate response (that does not happen everywhere nowadays) and we also asked carefully about our housing requirements & interest in this property. Our additional questions in response to the viewing were also quickly sorted out and fed back. Now this was just not the dream house for us, but we would certainly contact the team of Evelien Ploegmakers again in the future.

As a first we responded to a house on Funda, Anemoonstraat 17 in Oss. Schedule an appointment for a viewing. We planned to provide at least 30K above the asking price. She calls off a day later to say the house has been sold. This way you don't deal with potential serious buyers and you spoil the market. We even have a buying agent to have the best chance and all that matters is filling the bags as soon as possible. Really ridiculous.

My experience with Evelien Ploegmakers brokerage. There is a lot of fencing with the throughput speed, so the speed with which a house is sold. According to Ploegmakers, that is for the most part a month. That is not really relevant to me as a seller. After a viewing of my house in Staringstraat by an employee, I was invited for a follow-up meeting a week later. I was informed of a low sales advice amount for the property. Even a bit shocked, but I thought I might not have been realistic. But the other brokers (3 pieces) were significantly higher. The amount mentioned was € 17,500 higher than that of Ploegmakers. Ploegmakers therefore seems biased with regard to selling properties in Staringstraat in Oss. I put my house up for sale at one of the 3 other brokers and my house was sold within 2 days after appearing on Funda for the asking price of € 21500 more than the highest selling advice amount mentioned by Evelien Ploegmakers in her sales quotation.
