From February I live in the new district "Deltakwartier". Very satisfied with the way we were helped by the ACM rental agent. There was considerable damage on the outside of one of the frames. It took a while before a painter was found to fix this, but in the end it was nicely repaired. Like every (new-build) home, there is always a problem, but all in all very satisfied with the delivery and contact with the real estate agent.

Drama brokerage. You are sent from the cupboard to the wall and nobody takes responsibility within the organization. 0.0 customer friendliness. We will never rent via ACM again!

Rent a home unfurnished, half is not furnished and after 8 months still not. And promised on delivery that it would be made, even with a hole in the wall .. they are villains and do nothing for you. I have had a poorly delivered house where toilet is leaking repaired and they just send the bill to you.

Bad service. There is no response to emails, for example, without months of underfloor heating.
