On November 7, 2020, a malfunction was reported to our dishwasher in a rental home from VB&T. We are sent from pillar to post. The problem seems to be in communication with Atag. Well VB&T, I have already tried several times to make contact, including my last email of December 29, but the response is not forthcoming. I think that the communication from VB&T to the customer, ie me, could also be much better. Not neat to leave customers in the dark!

Join Koen's review. Are 0.0 willing to take an extra step for customers. If you rent per 1st of the month and that date happens to be on a Saturday, they will simply do the key collection on Monday. VB&T's problem is that the friends you have brought in to help move can no longer or have to take a day off. You will also not be compensated for the 2 days during which you do not yet have access to your home. It is said casually that "is not possible".

I have no idea where all those bad reviews / experiences come from. I myself have only good experiences with this organization. Typically think "something went wrong and then complain online". You will not hear all other satisfied customers. Seems out of balance. Being able to buy a home through this organization. Great help and staff is also very friendly.

If I could have given 0 stars I certainly would have. This party does not keep their promises, you are sent from box to wall and the service is way below par. REALLY A SHAME.
