Horrible customer service: ordered a baby bad stand in early September, consisting in 3 different items. All of them were shown as available in the website, they ship 2 and just AFTER they told us that one item will be delayed a couple of weeks. No news until we ask for feedback and finally they told us that the stand will be maybe delivered end of October. After reminding them that the new date is AFTER the due date of the baby, they simply reply: not sure when it will come, your problem..
After I posted the first version of this review they decided finally to call, giving us the great advice that we could use the bath without the stand, on the floor.. (not advisable for any women who gave birth, especially not for my wife who had a C-section!!!!). Furthermore, we had to buy another baby bath because of them, that is not customer service, at least show some feelings and try to support your customers.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I was very impressed with the customer service at BabyPlanet Drachten. They were quickly and friendly in their replies. They processed an exchange that most other stores would not have done. I recall their prices are cheaper than the original store and competitors as well. This made for a super nice experience and an even happier customer!
Very satisfied with how they deal with customers! I have placed an order via Instagram. Madam who helped me was so sweet and nice responded quickly. Communication is great! I really wanted pink bergstein rain boots for my daughter, but I didn't know which size would be best. Madam gave me the idea to measure my daughter's foot so she could find the right shoe size. Well once figured out which shoe size only they had out of stock. Mrs. did her best to ask at other stores and eventually found it!
Very nice shop. Spacious and a wide range. Whether you come alone for a few socks or for a whole nursery, you will be helped very helpful and friendly!
Even now during the lockdown, they help through social media in the friendly way that I am used to. With the help of photos and messages we can choose very nice clothes for our son. Super!
I have had a pajama outfit that I had to exchange since the lockdown. Very nice that a pick-up point is opening so that I could exchange it! Helped very well via Instagram and then met by the nice / friendly staff in Meppel. Now a nice different outfit for our little man! Thanks for the good service 👌
