My experience with Baasz Advocaten is very positive, at the intake I was able to tell my entire story in peace about the conflict with my former employer and the settlement agreement that resulted from it. Gerard helped me further in the negotiations with my ex employer, because of his expertise he was able to get the most out of it. As an employer I have very good experience with both Gerard and Aniek in various cases (long-term absenteeism, labor disputes, reorganization). Always knowledgeable, accessible and practical. No endless theoretical papers (if they are not necessary), but aimed at a workable solution. I also like to visit Baasz Advocaten for strategic consultations.
