This is the only location in the area where there are still employees. The employees are gentlemen in their 50s who have been working at the Ing for years. I don't like them and their knowledge is not up to date. I have now visited 2 times and 2 times the gentlemen could not mean anything to me and gave wrong information. It would be nice if a younger employee came to work at this location with a little more knowledge about the use of modern techniques such as the app. It would also be nice if there would also be a lady instead of 2 gentlemen. I don't have much choice in locations, the other option is Leeuwarden or Heerenveen, which is 70 km return

I can only endorse the bad reviews posted here. Being treated haughty and arrogant without even trying to think along. You will be put away as a small child. Fine then I'll take my trade elsewhere where it is appreciated! That one star is only for the friendly lady who initially tried to help.

Dear customers, I need something from my heart. As an ING adviser, I also see the reviews here on Google maps and that touches me. Following the reviews here, we have discussed customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction surveys show that ING Sneek's customers appreciate the service and advice offered in the office. These are the customers who leave the premises every day with a smile and that is what the staff also wants. In a very few cases, when something goes wrong in the communication or when a customer wants something that is not possible or sometimes with (a lesser degree of) aggression, a review in Google is rather accessible. I would like it that the last mentioned category of reviews is drowned out by the (in my eyes) vast majority of satisfied customers. Welcome to ING!

With my Pomeranian puppy in a basket and a dress with which I enter all the supermarkets, I was requested to put the puppy outside here. Of course I left the building with my puppy, got another HOI! after me. T mister was wearing a suit, but decency standards were hard to find (monkey with a package, say). Special experience at ING Sneek.
