At first the day started a bit awkward, because the reservation turned out to be incorrect. Just before our holiday (2 hours before departure) it turned out that a 6-seater instead of the necessary 9-seater bus had been set up. The highly professional employees did not get stuck in how it could be, but immediately switched to solutions. Within an hour they had an external bus that was suspended, registered, insured, cleaned, checked and refueled. With this professional, friendly and forward-thinking mindset, they have a customer for life in me. High-quality vehicles and above all: great employees. Thanks!
