An absolute pleasure to work with, allot of knowlegde for expats! Always helpful and very friendly staff. Never missed a payment and always flexible to assist with anything. I would recommend using them for payroll and any expats transitioning. Can i just add , my family and i came from another country , not knowing anything about how everything works in the Netherlands. HEE helped us organize everything from health insurance to registering at the gemeente. We would not have navigated this move on our own and HEE was always there to assist with everything from Tax to family organization in the Netherlands. It's these types of companies that make the Netherlands worth the move and leaving everything behind. They are always helpful with staff and always willing to assist in navigating the very confusing path for expats and employment companies that really need the assistance.

You get paid less than the hours you specify, you call them and then they say: yes there is a fault in the system so we can't do anything about it. Well fine if you have bills to pay and get an answer, just do it. Downright bad! Contracts for the people to fill in the hours often prepare too late so that you cannot fill in anything. 1 time not paid at all. And that in a period of + - 7 months. Very bad! Update 06-01-2020: and again, cannot enter hours, has no contract again, and has to be patient what a company is saying this!
