Have skates sharpened and repaired at this company. Iron breakage in one of the irons. Super fast, repaired within 1 day. Iron had to come from Joure.
Super service from Te Veld
Here a very happy and satisfied customer, we had some difficulty with a Velcro closure in our tent and have put the problem to Velde and they have solved it effortlessly and that also completely free !!! Top!!!
During our first holiday day, the air tube of our Vango tent got a leak. Sent a message after opening hours of the store and got a very quick answer that they would immediately check the next morning. Next day picked up a tube but after installing it in our tent it turned out to be also leaking at the valve (weak spot of the older type of airbeam), with the part of our tent where the tube has to go back to the shop and a whole new tube has gone in there, with a better construction at the valve. Excellent and smooth solution so that we could enjoy our holiday again. Super service.
We have ordered a Crespo relax chair from Te Velde. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. We returned it and received a new one promptly. Thanks for the fast service Jos!
I Save the store effort and costs by picking up an item in the store instead of ordering it online.
But by buying in the store you will not receive a refund as a thank you, but a voucher for 6 months! Is on the receipt, but then you have already bought it ????
Legally the store is right, but the lowest point in customer service ... fortunately many beautiful camping shops in NL with good service ... never here again !!!
