Was well helped here. They think along with you if the product is not. And then offer various options to buy the desired product. I am very satisfied with this and received good help. And when the lockdown came, she quickly brought it to my house. No long waiting times.

Bought and paid for a gas stove via the Expert website. Was called neatly to make an appointment for delivery and placement. I paid extra for that. Delivery person was on time, installed the gas stove and clearly gave me the instructions for commissioning. Am satisfied.

Fluorescent lamp ordered, would be delivered within 3 days. Called 3 times every 3 days with promise that it would definitely come in on next delivery and now 2 weeks on the line held by them and not yet delivered. All lies what is being told here to me. Never come here again ...... day later to the praxis, they just had it in stock.
