I'm a regular weekly customer. Today I had a very bad customer experience. After going early at 8:15am and waiting 15minutes outside (rightfully because of covid19) I entered and spotted on the shelf the bread I wanted. at same time I was getting the bread (it was being bagged by one employee) another employee stopped the sale giving preference to somebody who called from the comfort of their home and got preference to purchase it. This is unacceptable, not fair and bad service.

It’s not a real bakery if they only bake up they’re Produkts that they get delivered frozen from a mass bakery.
