This is NOT the address, the consulate is no longer here, the incopetence is so great that the address is not even updated on the website!
You plan to arrive early, you have this unpleasant surprise, then you arrive late at the new address and you still have to listen to the consulate official that you are late, don't blame people for your incompetence!
Phone numbers provided are no longer working. No way to contact the Consulate or the Embassy by phone....
Surprisingly well organized
Friendly, fast and hassle free. Booked an appointment for a passport the day before and walked out with it the next day. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Not sure about the bad reviews, I truly had a great experience compared to other embassies around the world. Grazie mille!
It feels to go back to italy. They hardly answer to the phone, waiting times necessary to take an appointment to do any operation are endless.
The offices are opened a couple of hours per day.
Once you finally manage to get in, things get better and the employees are friendly and efficient
