LivePT in Wassenaar is a very nice place to work on your strength and endurance in groups. For me training in a fitness was not motivating and in a group with trainer! The space is not big but makes it personal and cozy. No facilities for coffee or large changing rooms. There is enough free parking space. If you just want pure training, good advice and very nice trainers (with Overload vision) then you're here!

New fitness concept in Scheveningen. 1 on 1 coaching or group coaching with a lot of individual attention. No old-fashioned devices but train with weights and surprising training. Never boring, always sweating .... Within 3 months of my back problems. These are toppers!

Professional training in a pleasant environment. In the summer months enjoy outdoor sports on the beach and in winter in Wassenaar. Very nice location and good atmosphere. Because the groups are small, you get a lot of personal attention. The trainers always make sure you give a little extra, in short, look no further :)
