Have a lot of basic electronics, but not everything I was looking for. Webshops obviously have everything, but then you have to be patient or plan everything. Friendly help.

Thought to have a good company with them, but unfortunately many things are not going well and quality is disappointing. The webshop is slow and has the same problems every time. If you call they solve that, but the next time you have it again. Delivery time is a drama, waiting almost a month for my things. Mail is rarely responded to, and if they respond you won't get involved. Audio cables are not shielded, send an email saying they are budget cables. Yeah so? An audio cable should be shielded or you will have a hum. DO NOT sell them or with a big warning. However, never received a response to that email either. USB-C cables do not charge, they say they do but I have no use for them, they have to do it for me. Other cable from another supplier in the same charger does work. They pick up the phone with very short and surly only to say the first name. In short, not my supplier anymore!

Very customer-unfriendly. Strange answer to the polite question 'are you still open?' "yes believe it" ... I asked this question because the website states that the store is open until 5.30 pm and on the door at 17.00 hours .. Explained this as well but there was no response .. Unfortunately, I had to return the module that I had purchased because Ziggo no longer sells individual tickets (for an extra TV) and only offers this in subscription form including card and module. The seller found this rather strange and gave me my money back with a lot of moans and support. This was my third bad experience in this store and I had to write this review. Too bad I'm going to a big competitor now while I just want to support the 'small' entrepreneur but being treated in this way is really going too far.
