Vrederust-West (HWW Zorg)

I fill this in on behalf of my grandfather. He did spend 4 days here after his hip operation. The first day he came in at 11am, at 5.30pm nobody from the nurses had come to ask if he needed help with anything. If you press the alarm no one will come. The doctor would come over. He kept waiting for bed, after almost 3 hours a lady came and said that no doctor was coming, she would be his replacement. My grandfather asked her for a new urinal. The lady took this and then threw it at him. This was the last straw for him. That's not how you deal with older people. When I picked him up the lady was angry because she had not done this. The urinal was still where she had thrown it. He had done this himself according to the lady. When the lady walked away she had plenty of chats! The two men of the physio were toppers. Clearly told what was intended and do this at the pace of the patient. Finally at home, where my grandfather tested positive for corona. He got this in the rehabilitation center. He immediately contacted the center. But they weren't impressed on the phone!

This nursing home is very bad staff very bad few staff doctor is not really interested does not attend appointments often has to wait hours for you helped depressing building very bad!

For your loved one an absolutely terrible place, which is also described by the residents. Rehabilitation staff are unfriendly, disinterested and talk to residents without any respect. The home is very outdated. No air conditioning, so blood is hot inside on hot days. Appointments with the doctors were chaotic, most of them were not fulfilled. There was no report that is accessible to the family. Also, events are not mentioned and come to light after other residents tell us. The somatic department does have a love for the people, although agreements between staff and doctors are not coordinated and you as a family have to be fully behind it. The pinnacle was that after the death of my father the doctor first gives his condolences and wants to make an evaluation interview (which still hasn't happened) before the death is first confirmed. If you get the chance, make sure that your loved one does not end up in this nursing home.

Good care / rehabilitation home. Very attentive staff. Many seating areas where people can retire. Food is great. Garden with chairs and tables. Many activities, a gym with nice equipment. The entire roof of the large room below can be completely open or screened open. So plenty of daylight!

Terrible place. Unprofessional, arrogant attitude and unsanitary. Don't leave your loved one here!
