VvE Beheer Haaglanden BV

We've been with this VvE for several years. There are constant changes with the person who oversaw our account. We were never notified of those changes. I have complained about this on several occasion and despite promises of improvements nothing had changed. Considering the high turnover of account managers, this should be a warning to buyers in itself. In 2020 we did not have an owners association meeting and only received a letter in the mail that no in-person meetings would be done. The administrative system they have is extremely old and poor. There is no way to establish a communication thread between the home owners since their system only allows direct replies to individual owners. In addition the house owners association has very poor knowledge of the laws and I've frequently had to cite them the specific clauses during conflicts. Selling the house now has also brought to life a number of serious problems in the structure of the VvE and that it was not compliant. All of this paints a picture of neglect and incompetence. Overall I would not recommend using this VvE.

Very poor and unprofessional service - as far as I can see, this company exists with the sole purpose of being unhelpful and obstructive. A small request - a 10-minute painting job clearly covered by our insurance - involved literally a dozen calls with different members of the VVE Beheer Haaglanden team who didn't care and didn't help.

Asked for an update on my ticket, wouldn't give me an update. Useless. Still not fixed either!!

HOA Management Haaglanden is the most underhanded, anti-social and annoying company I have ever encountered. After two years, I'm still stuck with them. Internally they are FULL of their own "Turkish problems", to the outside they radiate so-called professionals. Unfortunately, they can never be reached or the person responsible is not present, but neither will call or email back. They hide behind the legal rules, abuse the great (legal) power of the VVE and get the blood under the nails from the owners. They draw and vote for the owners who are slow-witted, not very talkative or old; without authorization. They are still looking for customers (read: victims), sign up ...

VERY BAD company! Zeinab Abdallah, what a good summary of this company! Money, money, money, that's all they are about. They don't think along at all (in fact, they work you against the owners in every way), take no responsibility as a VVE manager, turn owners against other owners to take advantage of their diabolical tricks. VERY annoying and you will NOT get rid of it !!
